Chamber Champions
The Chamber Champion committee meets every Tuesday at a different Chamber member location at 4pm. This networking group discusses what is going on in the chamber, community, and business/non-profit organizations. They are such a positive group that truly cares about our community and helping each other. They generate leads to help each other grow and discuss ways to retain and grow Chamber membership. The Chamber Champs also pick the member of the month each month for the All member Luncheon.
They help welcome new Chamber members and volunteer at our social events; such as Putt Putt, No fools bowling tournament, Annual golf tournament, new member orientation, announce trade tables at our AMM, and so many others.
Chamber Chiefs
The Chamber Chiefs are ambassadors for the Pocatello-Chubbuck Chamber of Commerce. The Chiefs are deeply involved community minded individuals who care about the success of our area’s businesses. You will see the Chamber Chiefs at community functions such as; ribbon cuttings, volunteering at a community breakfasts, parades, ground breakings, and much more.
Legislative Council
The members of the Legislative Council deal with issues that will affect the wellbeing of the business community in our great state. This committee works hand-in-hand with area legislators on House and Senate legislative issues. They travel to Boise once a year for “Chamber Days at the Legislature”. The members of the committee join together with other Idaho Chamber Alliance members from all over the state for 2 a day stay filled with legislative camaraderie, education, and good fun.
The Legislative Council meets the 3rd Thursday of each month when the legislature is not in session at 7:30am at the Clarion Inn. The Legislative Council meets every Thursday while the legislature is in session at 7:00am at the Clarion Inn. Local Issues
The Local Issues committee provides a great opportunity to learn about issues that come up in the community. This committee has the opportunity to learn about every important local topic around, such as, street repair, interstate access, expansion, large local events, etc.

Gate City Young Professionals
The membership of the Gate City Young Professionals (GCYP) is mostly comprised of the 21-40 year old population, but is open to any "young thinking" or "young-at-heart" professional. GCYP is a collective of just about any profession in the surrounding Pocatello-Chubbuck area.

Education Committee
The Pocatello-Chubbuck Chamber of Commerce Education Committee is committed to raising funds that go directly to support Pocatello/Chubbuck School District #25 high school students participating in dual credit classes. Each year, the committee organizes a luncheon fundraiser to create awareness about the scholarship and solicit donations for the scholarship program. As part of the fundraiser, a well respected and renowned speaker is invited to the event to provide inspirational remarks.
The committee is comprised of representatives from School District #25, Idaho State University, local non-profits, and area businesses. The committee meets on a monthly basis to conduct business related to the scholarship efforts.
Beautification Committee
The Pocatello-Chubbuck Chamber of Commerce Beautification Committee seeks to engage the community in cooperatively working together to enhance and maintain the beauty of our area.
The Beautification Committee is a group of individuals dedicated to beautifying and promoting the beautification of our community. This committee organizes a spring cleaning of the trash that accumulates throughout the year called the Community-Wide Spring Cleanup. The Committee encourages businesses to improve their properties by awarding them the Chamber Applauds and Spirit of the Valley awards every month at the All Member Meeting.
Leadership Pocatello-Chubbuck
Leadership Pocatello-Chubbuck is designed to prepare and build leadership in the Pocatello-Chubbuck area. It brings together experienced and motivated individuals from various sectors of our community in an on-going program, which provides a broad overview of the Pocatello-Chubbuck area, and develops further leadership skills.
- Inform and expose participants to concerns in our community, challenges and potential solutions.
- Provide an opportunity for participants to meet and exchange ideas.
- Motivate and encourage participants to become involved in the Chamber and the Pocatello-Chubbuck Community.
